Vicky has had a passion to work with children since she left school. She gained her qualifications as an apprenticeship within a local setting in Portsmouth, working her way up to room leader before joining Little Learners. When Elaine opened Little Learners, she offered Vicky the position of Deputy Manager, and after gaining knowledge and skills, Vicky became the Setting Manager.
Vicky quoted: "I have gained more knowledge and training throughout my time with Little Learners. I have completed my NVQ 4 in childcare and education, Level 5 in management and business, and I am now an accredited SENCO. I am HighScope trained."
Vicky said: "I love working for Little Learners because it feels like a family. The team I work with are very nurturing towards the children and I like how much effort gets put back into the nursery. The children are very happy, which gives the nursery, pre-school and fun club a lovely, homely atmosphere."

Danni is the daughter of Elaine and Mike. She joined the team in June 2017 whilst studying at college, gaining her qualifications in musical theatre. Due to Covid, Danni was unable to continue her career in the performing arts and joined Little Learners as an apprentice, gaining her Level 3 in childcare and education and furthered her education in 2026 and completed her level 4 in childcare and education. In July 2022 she was offered a job on P&O cruise liners as a youth worker where she traveled the world for a few years until she had her daughter in 2024. Danielle returned to little learners day care after maternity leave and works along side Vicky in the office.
